I build websites for local businesses on Long Island. You already know someone who owns one. Send me a name, and when they sign, their whole first month is yours.
Not a percentage, not a finder's fee, not a gift card. Whatever that client pays in month one goes to you, and the figure is agreed with you before I contact anybody, so you are never told what it was worth after the fact.
It is paid once their first payment clears. Paid on a signature, not on a lead. That is deliberate: I am not asking you to chase anyone, and I am not paying for names that go nowhere, so neither of us ends up wasting the other's time.
Three steps, and two of them are mine.
1
Send me a name
A business and a name is enough. Even "my cousin does roofing in Bay Shore" is enough. You never have to explain what I do.
2
I reach out, then I tell you what happened
Yes or no, you hear back. You are never left wondering, and you never look like you sent a friend a salesman.
3
They sign, you get paid
Cash, as soon as their first payment clears. No invoice to raise and nothing to chase.
This works best if you already talk to owners.
You do not need a list or an audience. You need to be in the room when somebody complains about their website, which happens more often than you would think.
Sign and print shops. Every new business buys signage before it buys a website, and you are standing there when they say the site is a mess.
Photographers. Your photos are sitting on those sites. You know exactly which ones are letting the work down.
Bookkeepers and accountants. You know who is growing and who just took the plunge, and you are trusted in a way no advert is.
Trades who refer each other anyway. Electricians, plumbers, landscapers, fence, tree, HVAC. You already pass work around. This just puts a number on one of them.
Anyone who has worked with me. You know what the site did for you, so you are the easiest person in the world to believe.
The rules, plainly
Nothing here has small print.
I never say you sent me. Not unless you tell me to. Most people would rather I did not, and it changes nothing about how I open.
No limit and no expiry. One a year or one a week. Same deal every time, for as long as you want it.
Nothing to sign up for. No account, no dashboard, no link to share. You have my email and then you have my number. That is the entire system.
If they are already talking to me, I will tell you the same day rather than quietly not paying you.
Long Island only. Suffolk, Nassau, and the businesses that serve them. This is not a national scheme and it is not going to become one.
Two of these are live right now.
Different trades, different countries, nothing shared between them except the person who built them. Both are real businesses taking real bookings, not mockups.
B & B PaintingHouse painter in Bay Shore. Coming up on thirty years of work that had nothing on the internet behind it. Live.RochimarBeach house rental. Takes bookings directly instead of handing a platform its cut. Live.
Think of someone yet?
That is all it takes. Send the name and I will take it from there, and you will hear back either way.
